Crash Landing. (CLOSED)

nero looked at the offered bag of peppers and read threw them quickly, a specific town and guild.......he did see a town on his way over here and knew of one nearby, but he wasn't entirely sure which way that was from where the two where. he thought for a second and decided to ask the big guy if that was the place first.

"your trying to get to celestic town too?"

he began moving towards one of the exits and looked down it to make sure nothing was coming there way but remained relatively still with the slitehr wing in eyesight incase something happened

Was that what the papers had said? It was far from the truth but Yicxorros never learned to read, he was specifically instructed to show and give the papers to the guild leader. This Genesect did not seem like he was the guild leader so he would seal the papers back in the bag for now.

With the bag out of the way, the Slither Wing would give a nod in confirmation of the Genesect's question. It's not like there was any other towns besides Celestic Town on the map... Anyway, when the steel bug began moving for a bit, Yicxorros would crouch down on all fours and followed after him. Of course the same ground trembling action occurred once more with each step the Slither Wing took, he will be good at stealth missions.

as the bigger bug moved up behind him he damn near fell onto his proverbial tail bone, not expecting the shaking, as he turned to see the slither wing approach while gaining better footing.

"whoa........uhmmm, I don't exactly know how to get out"

he looked down the corridor he was near again and just tried to make out what was on the other side, but he could barely tell from this distance[/]

The Slither Wing initially followed the Genesect hoping for a way to get back to Celestic Town but he stopped when the metal bug turned to him and stated that he was uncertain with getting out of the forest. A bummer really. So naturally, Yicxorros wanted to be helpful and scrambled his buggy brain for ideas to deal with this situation.

Maybe they could retrace his steps back to the town? He had foolishly wandered in from there after all... Wait no, he was distracted and didn't pay attention to where he was going. Damn it, that plan was out of the window.

Luckily Yicxorros had another idea, looking up to the forest canopy implying that one of them should get up there but how...? The Slither Wing was too heavy to climb or fly unless... Well, I suppose heading through the corridors could be another option too.

he tilts his head at the slither wing for a second before quietly stepping into the corridor, cautiously moving forward to not step on any traps as he moves. though even though he is carful he still gets hit by one it seems as a click is heard and he hits the ground after stepping onto a sleep trap.

Huh? No feedback on Yicxorros' suggestion? The eerie lack of response from the Genesect as he had began walking away has lead the Slither Wing to believe that he didn't like his idea of scaling the canopy. Maybe the Genesect couldn't climb or fly either...

Regardless, Yicxorros would hung his head low, feeling upset as he trailed behind the Genesect through the corridors, right until the metal bug has suddenly collapsed. Not expecting this outcome, he would walk over to the Genesect's side and nudged him with one of his front legs to encourage some kind of a reaction from him. Why did he fall down so quickly? Suppose the strange plate with odd markings on it had something to do with it...

the genesect doesn't move for a second or two before a small noise escapes them and they stiffly stand up, glancing about before swiftly turning to the slither wing.

"alert, unknown entity attempting to assult this unit"

the genesect spoke in an entirely different tone, more even, more controlled, more mechanical. it slowly stepped back from the slither wing, seeming to try and get something from just watching. he seemed like an entirely different mon in his mannerisms at this point.

When he was looking for a reaction from the Genesect, Yicxorros did not anticipate whatever had just happened. He shuddered in shock hearing the odd noise before the red bug got up and let out an audible 'eh?' when the Genesect spoke in a different voice than earlier. What was already a confusing series of events had became even more confusing and it didn't exactly help when the Genesect appeared to be requesting for a fight out of the blue, or so he thought.

For a moment, the Slither Wing was hesitant on proceeding with this request uncertain if his current commander was the same Pokemon as he had met at the crash site. Well, it is still the same body and all so that probably doesn't matter anyway and beside he takes threats very seriously.

With his unblinking eyes locked onto the unfamiliar or familiar Genesect, Yicxorros raised his upper half of his body and assumed a battle pose preparing for a possible fight... Or to get blasted away, not like he would know.

the genesect continued looking at Yicxorros and how he entered a fighting pose, and the genesect seemed ready to begin fighting.......but the first punch never came from the larger bug. after a minute or two of the bugs standing off the genesect speaks again, still in that mechanical tone that was similar to their usual speaking voice but different

"entity appears to be non hostile, standing down"

he seems to stand down, moving from a combative form to a more normal form, though rigid, almost as if he is a soldier standing at attention.

Anticipating for the Genesect to make the first move, the Slither Wing stood tall and firm as he sized up the other bug type and inspected his battle properties. Most notably the cannon on his back. However, his prediction was proven to be incorrect and neither of the two bugs ended up attacking each other but it wasn't like Yicxorros would cease his battle stance himself even after a minute or two.

...Until the Genesect made the first call to stand down, the Slither Wing would follow suit landing back on all fours. His gaze appeared to be softened as he fixated on the Genesect once again. Despite the odd voice change, they seemed to be back at square one. How do they leave the forest?
